Rather, as organizations grow, existing systems often fail to keep pace with the increasing complexity of operations and organizational structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Not every company requires a dedicated compliance department or internal audit function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, regular reviews of governance structures, internal controls, and key decision-making processes can significantly reduce future business risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Compliance and internal controls should not be viewed merely as costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are fundamental components of corporate governance and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their value lies not only in preventing violations, but in helping organizations identify risks early and build systems capable of supporting
